RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Experience with Level 1 Support, Service Desk;
  • Monitoring of IP, L2L and MPLS links and corporate networks in general;
  • Opening service requests;
  • Incident management and follow-up;
  • Perform troubleshooting on satellite, fiber, and radio link networks;
  • Analysis and configuration of network equipment (Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Mikrotik);
  • Analysis and configuration of monitoring systems (PRTG, Zabbix, Grafana);
  • ⁠ ⁠Supports SIP (VoIP) networks;
  • Guidelines for field technicians;
  • Report writing;
  • Connection analysis;

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in or completed higher education (Networks, Telecom, Systems Analysis and Development, IT, and other courses in the same field);
  • Experience and knowledge of the dynamics of serving the corporate IT and Telecom market;
  • Basic knowledge of networking (Cisco, Fortinet, and Mikrotik will be a plus);
  • Knowledge of VoIP telephony (cloud-based PBX);
  • Experience in infrastructure monitoring;
  • Experience in customer service and technical support;
  • Proactive and Organized;

    Fixed Salary

    R$ 2,000.00/Month;
