WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a network analyst with technical knowledge in datacenter and enterprise solutions, involving Routing and Switching technologies, Firewalls, Security and Cloud Computing, as well as network planning and design for the development, management and execution of medium and high complexity network and security implementation and migration projects. They will work on improvement projects focused on Networks and Telecom, from development, monitoring, execution and delivery. They will be responsible for maintaining the datacenter and backbones through testing, network mapping, incident resolution and continuous improvement, ensuring full communication availability. They will guarantee constant technological updating of the network, presenting the best techniques for our datacenter structure and end clients in projects. They will ensure that the IT environment is always up-to-date and secure, analyzing graphs and logs, establishing adequate network monitoring, verifying where a resource of greater or lesser capacity is needed, aiming at the correct availability of IT resources. They will maintain the network topology and documentation updated with the main equipment of each unit, through analysis, needs mapping and indicators, aiming at network flexibility, speed and security. Establish a segmented and secure network, reducing conflict zones and eliminating downtime that impacts the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Experience with Level 2 and Level 3 Support;

  • Administration of IP, L2L and MPLS networks (IX.br and CERT.br) and corporate networks in general;

  • Static and Dynamic Routing Settings;

  • Planning, configuration and administration of BGPv4 – BGPv6 – OSPF – VRRP - HSRP - EIGRP - MPLS protocols;

  • ⁠ ⁠Tunelamento VPLS – IPSEC, L2TP, PPTP, EOIP;

  • Perform troubleshooting on satellite, fiber optic, and radio link networks;

  • Analysis and configuration of network equipment (Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, WatchGuard, Sonicwall, Mikrotik);

  • Analysis and configuration of monitoring systems (PRTG, Zabbix, Grafana);

  • Analysis and configuration of SIP (VoIP) networks;

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed higher education (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networks, Telecommunications, Systems Analysis and Development, IT, and other courses in the same field);

  • Experience and knowledge of the dynamics of serving the corporate IT and Telecom market;

  • Knowledge of networks (Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, Mikrotik) with experience in cybersecurity operations;

  • ⁠ ⁠Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, SD-WAN and Firewall;

  • Certifications will be considered a plus: Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, or SonicWall;

  • Knowledge of VoIP telephony (cloud-based PBX);

  • Experience in infrastructure monitoring;

  • Experience in customer service and technical support;
